At Kiwa-Projects: Local coordination, partner communication & project delivery
Why I’m involved
Based in Uganda, I coordinate the local implementation of Kiwa-Projects initiatives. I connect the project team with hospitals, schools and responsible contacts, help clarify practical needs and support each project from preparation through handover and documentation. As a surgeon, I contribute medical experience to our health-related work. For the reusable medical equipment project, this includes coordinating with recipient hospitals, checking whether proposed equipment matches a documented need and helping clarify the conditions for safe use, maintenance and responsible distribution. I also coordinate our other projects in Uganda by keeping communication and responsibilities clear between the people involved. Reliable local coordination helps us base decisions on real conditions, document what was delivered and share progress transparently with supporters.
