At Kiwa-Projects: Strategic leadership, governance & external representation
Kiwa-Projects grew from our family’s personal roots in Uganda and our non-profit association in Hanau. That is where our story began—not where it ends. We shape projects with people who understand the local need and document them in a way supporters can follow.
The idea for Kiwa-Projects grew from conversations within our family about keeping support close to real needs and to the people directly involved.
Our personal connections to Uganda shape that commitment. They show us not only challenges, but also the knowledge, responsibility, and initiative already present within communities.
The association in Hanau provides a dependable framework. Before publication, each project must identify its need, accountable people, story, funding plan, and verifiable milestones.
Who takes responsibility – in the organization and in everyday life.
