Why I’m involved

At Kiwa-Projects, I contribute to advisory work and independent guidance. I help the team look at plans from an additional perspective, ask practical questions and consider whether responsibilities and proposed steps are sufficiently clear. Alongside my role in the organization, I work as a baker. I bring a grounded, practical point of view to discussions and support decisions that the team can explain and carry through responsibly. Good guidance is not about directing every detail. It is about listening carefully, identifying questions that still need answers and helping the organization remain accountable to its stated purpose.
