Budgets show what we plan — the ledger shows what was actually spent. Together, they provide full transparency.

Before implementation

We create a budget together with local partners. Typical items include materials, transport, staffing, and reserves.

All real expenses appear in the project’s public ledger. If budgets change, we explain it in updates.
